As a tax-exempt service organization, The Ojai Foundation is governed by an elected Board of Directors. This body is made up of volunteers - primarily professionals from business, educational and service communities - who serve for one or more years. The Board meets semi-annually and is responsible for overseeing the mission and fiscal policies of the Foundation.
