Council 2 is about deepening our practice, embracing shadow and "turning into the skid" ...
During this rich weekend course, designed for those who have been facilitating Council circles for a while, we will explore working with challenging situations, conflict and ‘The Shadow.’ We will delve into the specific forms of Council suited for varied situations and joys and challenges of bringing Council into different parts of our lives. This workshop will also offer an opportunity for Council facilitators to become more facile with ‘Reading the Interactive Field’ and learning to invite ‘The Witness’ perspective.
In Council, we allow ourselves to be moved, to get out of our 'comfort zone,' and the challenge for facilitators is to “Turn Into The Skid” and to navigate how best to serve the circle, while maintaining safety and containment.
Join two veteran Council Trainers in this fun and exciting exploration of activities, practices and tools for embracing wholeness, enriching community in relationship and learning to "Think Like a Circle."
The cost for this training workshop is $600, including meals and accommodation.
