This is a dynamic opportunity to experience the age-old practice of council and explore its modern application as a platform for genuine engagement in families, communities, businesses, schools, and relationships.

Council is a compelling process of cultivating empathic listening and heartfelt communication. Practiced around the world in communities, organizations and educational settings (including more the 50 public and private Southern California schools), council helps to nurture authentic communication, non-judgmental listening and a direct honest speaking style. Council is a practice of sharing the wisdom of one’s own experience and helps create mutual understanding, build community and support the unfolding of a collective vision.

Location: Temescal Gateway Park in Pacific Palisades
