This one-day workshop will focus on soft leathers and the creation of primitive functional pieces including:
Small medicine bags  

Shoulder bags  

Primitive clothing  

Wallets  

Also covered will be pattern making, leather braiding, Native designs,   Skiving, leather crafting tools

Cost:
$75 plus materials fee depending on chosen project ($5-50)

Instructor:
Joann Webb has over thirty years experience w/custom fitted leather clothing, foot-ware and accessories.  With over ten years on the craft fair circuit, her initial apprenticeship was as a moccasin maker. She has since focused on the use of soft tanned hides such as roaming buffalo, elk, moose and deer to craft unique natural style leather creations.
