At the beautiful land sanctuary, we welcome the coming of spring. This day includes sitting and walking meditation, mindfulness practices and dharma discussion. We will also spend silent time alone on the land to reflect and listen and engage the practice of council as we explore relevant questions of the heart.

Alexis Slutzky, MFT is a wilderness guide, council practitioner and trainer, and has facilitated programs with the Ojai Foundation for the past 13 years.
