A New Earth: A Day of Community & Sharing

December 2012 means many different things to many people, yet a common thread motivates us to come together to clarify our intentions and serve as clear agents for the benefit of all.  Come and commune with the Land and each other on this day after Solstice to celebrate a new earth and a new cycle.

We find ourselves on the brink of incredible challenges and possibility. Propelled by the great wave of consciousness, we as a species are stepping into a new era of great change and transformation.

This gathering in the heart of the winter solstice takes place on the beautiful and powerful land known as the Ojai Foundation. We humbly invite the community to participate in a multifaceted experience of intention setting, sharing of life purposes, meditation, yoga, honoring the land, sharing of food and singing together for an all day experience of community, love and service. 

This event is being offered to the community with a suggested donation of $10-$20 (Please don't let lack of funds deter you from coming).

The schedule for the day is:

11-1  Foundation for Infinity - A Yogic journey into awakening your infinite truth with Jennifer Partridge

1-3 PM  Aligning our Rhythms with Nature: Medicine Walk and Land Offerings, with TOF Land Steward, Leif H. Skogberg (Bring tobacco, cornmeal, small crystals, chocolate or other land offerings)

3 - 4:30 PM Vinyasa Yoga - Heart opening and cleansing yoga with Kishan Shah

4:30 - 6:30 PM Conscious Living - Clarify your life purpose for the benefit of all with Gunnar Lovelace

6:30 - 7:30 PM Potluck  - Vegetarian - Please bring salads, veggies, soups or grains - Do not brings chips or snacks

7:30 - 10 PM Music and Meditation - Lead by Dear Beloveds and Sarah Skogberg singing Kirtan and original songs followed by a closing meditation

Accommodations for Friday and/or Saturday nights are available by calling 805-646-8343.  These rates are in addition to your donation.

Private dome (double occupancy), $85

Private Yurt (double occupancy), $95

$40 per person, shared occupancy hermitage with sleeping pad (dome or yurt, as available), up to four in a space

$20 per person, shared occupancy hermitage (dome or yurt), up to 10 in a space, bring your own sleeping pad

Camping, $15 per night
