Guided by Siri Gunnarson, Adam Rumack, Jesse Jessup and Brooke Kettering
with
Lola Rae Long, Chris Marion, Ria Nochera, Amanda Canty, Judy Piazza and MaMuse!

On this 7 day retreat, we will explore, experiment, and integrate the elements, visible and invisible.  With a strong aspect of practical work, this retreat will focus on the restoration of relationship between earth and water. Together we will build swales to slow, spread and seep the waters back into the earth body; improve drainage systems; and participate in a natural building project.

Our days will include learning new and old skills to live in balance and harmony with our earth, experiencing community in many forms, hiking into the Sespe Wilderness for solo time in nature, and a sweat ceremony.

This retreat is intended for people of all ages, all walks of life, from anywhere and everywhere. Our staff are delighted to be offering this retreat as a core team offering with special guests!  (Brooke Kettering, Chris Marion, Siri Gunnarson, Jesse David Jessup, Adam Rumack, Ria Nochera, Lola Rae Long, Amanda Canty, Judy Piazza).  Daily schedule includes morning practice (yoga, meditation), council practice, deep listening exercises, and mindful, practical work.  Other workshops and events will include herb harvesting and tincture-making, chanting, dance, and a special evening performance and following day with MaMuse that will be open to the public on Sunday.  (Click here for more information on MaMuse!)
