Emergence: A SoulCollage® Workshop

Sat, 04/09/2016 - 1:00pm to 5:00pm

What wisdom will your unconscious guide you to?  Arrive and find out! This workshop will be held in the Art/Pottery Studio at The Ojai Foundation Land Sanctuary with Michele Terry.

Come discover, through play and intuition, that which is emerging in you.  Through the simple and profound process of SoulCollage® together we will explore what is being birthed.  Combining images, and following one’s muse, we will create a card which personifies an aspect of our lives. SoulCollage® is a creative and intuitive process of creating unique, collaged cards that express various aspects of ourselves.  SoulCollage® draws from both Jungian psychology and Native American shamanic wisdom and fosters creative renewal, self understanding, and self acceptance. SoulCollage® is a fun, engaging, deep, and illuminating process that is all at once a form of creative play, self-care and personal reflection.

Michele Terry has been facilitating classes and retreats for over 10 years.  She combines mindfulness practices, expressive art therapies through a trauma informed lens and Council, stemming from a Native American tradition of storytelling and practice of listening and speaking from the heart, to facilitate the growth of people’s well being.  Earning a degree in Psychology, Communication and Sociology she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded Phi Betta Kappa status.  A certified SoulCollage facilitator, she is passionate about the wisdom and depth of knowledge that is revealed through this process.  During her days of galavanting through California, you may find her at a dance workshop, taking yoga, walking on the beaches of San Diego and playing with her beloved dogs.

FEE:  $45.00 registration fee, to be paid by clicking the link below, includes fees for materials.  Limited space--registration encouraged!
