In exchange for 20 hours of work per week, volunteers receive a tent site and are offered shared use of the Land and facilities. Service may include individual and team work projects such as housekeeping, Land and facilities maintenance, building projects, trail and garden maintenance, as well as various Beauty Way tasks. All work is performed in defined areas as assigned by a supervisor. Any work concerns, personal needs or other requests should be addressed by the Land Manager.

• 5 miles to town/ carpooling is possible
• 30 day maximum stay with review
• No Fee/ 20 Hours weekly service in exchange for camping and living in community
• Maximum 7 people, no pets
• Mostly vegetarian diet/ participants provide their own food
• Work Exchange closed during Work Retreat months (Aug and Feb) unless participating in retreat
